Parking

Parking

Parking will be available free of charge to all delegates throughout the conference. All delegates should park in Springett Lot (Lot I) for the entire conference. Please see the campus map at this link for directions to the parking lots: Parking Maps!

For on-campus parking on Thursday February 18th and Friday February 19th a UWO transponder will be required to park in Springett Lot (Lot I). Parking in this same lot does not require a transponder (gates will be open) from 5 pm on Friday February 19th until the end of the NCCER Conference.

Picking up Your UWO Transponder:

Please pick up your transponder at registration by entering the Kent Drive lot (Lot A).
Tell the lot attendant you are here to register for NCCER. You will be able to park for 15 minutes free of charge while you register – do not park in handicapped or restricted spaces.
Enter the University Community Centre (UCC) through the tunnel directly beside Stevenson Lawson Building/Campus Police (this tunnel will bring you to the basement of the UCC). NCCER Registration is located directly through these doors.
Following registration, and for the remainder of the conference, please use Springett Lot (Lot I) for parking.
Transponders are to be returned to a member of the NCCER Planning Committee by Saturday February 20th at 1800.
