Why do I love SERT?: It’s like family, first aid style.
Why am I excited for NCCER?: I fell in love with NCCER years ago and I can’t wait to host teams at Western!
Favourite first aid skill/protocol/piece of equipment and why?: Pressure dressing because they keep blood on the inside...where it belongs!
Fun fact: I’m going travelling in Southeast Asia for a month after NCCER!

Why do I love SERT?: It’s more of an addiction. I just can’t say no anymore.
Why am I excited for NCCER?: I’ve had a lot of fun at the last 2 NCCERs, and ours is going to be about 60% better.
Favourite first aid skill/protocol/piece of equipment and why?: Gloves - I like to get my hands dirty without actually getting my hands dirty.
Fun fact: A 'jiffy' is an actual unit of time: 1/100th of a second.

Why do I love SERT?: Exec retreat, Holiday dinner and Thursdays at the Brass Door.
Why am I excited for NCCER?: I hear there is a hangover booth...
Favourite first aid skill/protocol/piece of equipment and why?: SERT cash box. Not first aid equipment, but I did become good friends with it being Finance Director for two years.
Fun fact: I have travelled to 22 countries.

Why do I love SERT?: I love laughing and having a good time with optimistic friends who all share a common interest
Why am I excited for NCCER?: To make more friends who know what an evisceration is, to drink and to check out some kick a** response skills from teams around the province!
Favourite first aid skill/protocol/piece of equipment and why?: Pregnancy Protocols and Equipment - JUST IN CASE!
Fun fact: I have been known to win chugging contests against a variety of male individuals.. just saying..

Why do I love SERT?: Where else can you practice responding to busses filled with children that have been hit by a meteor.
Why am I excited for NCCER?: I had a lot of fun at NCCER last year and I am hoping to make that a trend.
Favourite first aid skill/protocol/piece of equipment and why?: I don't know if the SERT vest counts.
Fun fact: I also have my Wilderness First Responder
certification.

Why do I love SERT?: It’s not that I love SERT, but after so much time and effort SERT has become a part of me, like a hemorrhoid.
Why am I excited for NCCER?: NCCER is great because you learn a lot about yourself (e.g., how well you can actually perform hung-over).
Favourite first aid skill/protocol/piece of equipment and why?: My favourite piece of equipment is the lube, sometimes even a little can improve the situation.
Fun fact: I’m not really that fun.
