Billeting:

UWO SERT will be offering billeting at team members' homes for this year’s NCCER 2010 conference. Spare rooms, couches and floors are available to those teams who are unable to obtain funding for accommodations. Below are some key facts about our billeting option:

• Billeting spots are limited and will be offered on a first come-first served basis. Registration for billeting closes on Sunday, February 14, 2010. Please note that this date may be earlier if all available spots have been filled.
• Please bring items that will make your stay more comfortable, including a pillow, sleeping bag, air mattress, blankets and towels. SERT team members will not be able to provide all delegates with these items.
• In order to ensure your billeting experience is the best possible, please include any allergies or special considerations on your registration.
• If you have any special requests (male/female billet, team member billet, etc.) please indicate so in your registration form and we will try to accomodate you.
• The contact information for the team member you will be staying with will be given to you one week prior to the conference. Most billets live close to the university campus and to social events located in downtown London.

Hotel:

Hotel accommodations are available at the Hilton, located in downtown London. The Hilton is located at 300 King Street, just 4 km from UWO campus (approximately 45 minutes walking, 10 minute drive, 20 minute bus ride).

SERT has reserved a block of rooms for February 18th, 2010 to February 21, 2010 at a discounted rate of $109 per night, for either a room with one king bed or two double beds. Parking is an additional $12 per day. Booking can be done online here.

Guest rooms include a large work desk, voice mail, data ports, 2 line phones, in room movies, coffeemaker, hairdryer, irons and ironing board, and complimentary wireless internet. The hotel features a swimming pool, fitness centre, ATM, and on site convenience store. The special rate will be available until February 14, or until the hotel is sold out.
